Any and all human beings depicted in images or videos on the website located at coedcherry.com were at least 18 years old when the images or videos were created.

Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

The operators or owners of coedcherry.com are not the "producers" (either primary or secondary) of any material that may be explicitly sexual in nature, regardless of authenticity, that is found thereon. The operator of said website just undertakes the activities of transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, or formatting of content, which may feature explicit sexual conduct, that appears on the website because of actions taken by third-party users. All areas of the website that contain user contributed content are under the control of those users. By virtue of this, the operator or the owner of the website is free of duty concerning compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as indicated in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Any content on coedcherry.com that is believed to go against the terms of use or other policies of the website will be taken down by the operator post-haste, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c).

Part 75 for one or more of the following reasons: (1) the images or videos do not include any sexually explicit acts as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A); (2) the images or videos do not include depictions of the genitals or pubic area after July 27, 2006; (3) the images or videos do not include simulated sexually explicit conduct; or (4) the images or videos were produced before July 3, 1995.
